Designed for residents aged 62 and older, the community features spacious floor plans with water, sewer, and garbage utilities included—providing comfort and convenience in a beautifully maintained setting.

This 40-unit property is funded through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, Kitsap County HOME, and Washington State Housing Trust Fund (HTF) programs. 10 units are designated for Project-Based Voucher (PBV) assistance, while the remaining units operate under LIHTC and HTF program requirements.

household’s reported income at the time of application. Eligibility and unit assignment are determined in accordance with the specific requirements of each funding source.
