HOUSING KITSAP ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NORDIC COTTAGES PROJECT BASED VOUCHER (PBV) WAITLIST

                                     Housing Kitsap will open the waitlist for the eight (8) Nordic Cottages 1-bedroom Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units beginning:

Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM and will close on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM.


Applications will be available at the following locations:

  • Computer access and paper applications will be available 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Housing Kitsap's main office at 2244 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Silverdale, WA 98383.
  • Paper applications will be available outside of the Windsong Apartments management office located at 19880 3rd Ave NW, Poulsbo WA 97370 and
  • City of Poulsbo Housing, Health and Human Services staff will be available at the Recovery Resource Center at 19351 8th Ave NE Suite 141 Poulsbo, WA 98370 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2025 and 9:00AM to 2:00 PM on Friday, August 29, 2025. For questions, please call (360) 394-9794.
