KITSAP COUNTY

Housing Kitsap Self-Help Housing Program is currently recruiting families and individuals to build their homes in Kingston (North Kitsap) and Port Orchard (South Kitsap).

 

Each household must be income-eligible and have decent credit in order to qualify. Call us at (360) 535-6139 or visit our FAQ page for more information on eligibility qualifications. These lots are going fast; apply today!


Current developments:

  • Prosperity Place in Port Orchard: Four (4) homebuilder groups will build their neighborhood of 36 new homes. Now accepting applications
  • One Maple Lane in Kingston: Three (3) homebuilder groups will build their neighborhood of 27 new homes. Now accepting applications
  • Lola Meadows in Kingston: One (1) homebuilder group building their neighborhood of 12 new homes. Sold Out!
  • Summerset in Poulsbo: Four (4) homebuilder groups building 40 homes in their neighborhood of 128 new homes. Sold Out! 

 

Completed Neighborhood Developments:

  • Archer Point in Port Orchard: 27 new homes.
  • Caitlin Heights in Silverdale: 58 new homes.
  • Falcon Ridge in Port Orchard: 10 new homes.
  • Hamilton Heights in Port Townsend: 37 new homes.
  • Harris Place in Port Orchard: 18 new homes.
  • Kingston Cedars in Kingston: 26 new homes.
  • Madrona Glen in Port Orchard: 24 new homes.
  • Parsley Sage
  • Reite Estates in Port Orchard: 20 new homes.

MASON COUNTY

We are working on forging new relationships in Mason County to open the door for purchasing building lots for future building groups in this county. In the meantime, you may submit an application to reserve your spot on the waitlist and to be considered for other homeownership opportunities.

 

JEFFERSON COUNTY
